General Eligibility & Submission Requirements

• The submission must represent a verifiable innovation (a product, process, technology, or program) with a direct application in baseball.

• The innovation must have been developed, tested, or implemented within the 24 months prior to the submission deadline.

• Each entry must be submitted to a single, most appropriate category. The judging panel reserves the right to re-categorize submissions if deemed necessary.

• All entry materials, including descriptions, technical specifications, and visual evidence (e.g., photos, videos, data), must be provided in the official format by the stated deadline.
